Sisters,
as was announced on Sunday, the Healthy Living Group would like to form workout sessions for anyone interested in getting in shape! The group will meet to do challenging DVD workout videos that last about 50minutes. We will meet at 6am on Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays. We will also meet at 8:30am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The MWF group will be in the baptismal font rooms and the T-Th group will meet in the cultural hall. Children are welcome on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
We hope everyone who wants to fulfill their goals of living healthier and exercising will join us! We'll be using varied DVD workouts from Biggest Loser, Beach Body, etc. so expect to see results! We are all striving together and encourage everyone to come!
